About CommuniTree Festival
CommuniTree Festival is a community arts festival rooted in creativity, culture and connection. We believe the arts should be accessible, welcoming and led by the communities they serve.
Now in our third year, we are grateful to be supported by Arts Council England, with funding from The National Lottery. This support helps us continue to grow the festival and create opportunities for local artists, young creatives, families and communities across Nottingham.
CommuniTree Festival celebrates local talent alongside global music, dance, theatre, visual arts, talks and hands-on creative workshops. Across the festival, people can take part, have a go, learn something new and experience the joy of coming together through the arts.
In previous years, the festival has included events and partnerships with venues and community spaces including Squire Performing Arts Centre, Stonebridge City Farm, CommuniTree Arts Centre and City Arts. Each year, the festival grows through collaboration, bringing artists, organisations and communities together in meaningful ways.
At its heart, CommuniTree Festival is about belonging. It creates space for people of all ages and backgrounds to connect, express themselves, celebrate culture and feel part of something shared. Contact us for more info.
